Orders are entered into our production folder immediately they are placed .
Changes to your order are subject to the following conditions:
If the requested change can be achieved at the current stage of production on your neck or body, a $20.00 charge will apply.
If the requested change requires us to restart production with a new neck or body, a 25% restocking charge will apply to the purchase price of the item.
Current are approximately 10-12 weeks.
Our basic warranty is 90 days for defects in material or workmanship for finished necks and bodies. All items shipped to you from Parklane Guitars should be inspected upon receipt. We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to an issue in manufacturing and/or workmanship for 90 days from the date of receipt. If we ship a neck with no finish, any issues resulting from atmospheric conditions, i.e. warp or twist, are not covered. Any returns must be pre-approved and a Return must be authorized. All returned items must be in ORIGINAL, UNALTERED condition.

Custom orders canceled during the build process will incur a 25% restocking fee. A restocking fee for completed orders is 35%.
When your order ships, you should receive an email saying that your order has shipped. Please log in to your account to see the tracking number.
For domestic shipments in the continental United States our standard method is USPS (United States Postal Service).
For shipments outside of the United States, we use USPS “Priority Mail International.” We will soon offer UPS for an additional cost.
You are responsible for assuring that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. When ordering from parklaneguitars.com, the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders that are shipped to countries outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be handled by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information.
When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
Please do not ask us to mis-represent the value of a shipment to overseas. We are unable to carry out such requests. Doing so could put our business at risk.
Once our product leaves the United States we can not hold responsibility if the order is held in customs indefinitely or lost in your country. Especially with the current Covid situation taking place in the world.
